Michelle Leigh Little, MS, CRC
As a college student, I made a personal commitment to begin the journey to a healthier way of living and dealing with Type 1 diabetes and ADD issues. This process, paired with formal training, has shaped my ability to empathize and offer compassion for life's struggles, challenges, and triumphs. As a result, I am driven to help others in a holistic way to achieve peak performance through Biofeedback and relaxation techniques.
My education and professional experience emphasize techniques focused on strengthening the mind-body connection. Neurofeedback and coaching help to develop deeper inner awareness, increase attention, regulate mood and reduce stress -- allowing for better overall performance and life function. You will receive unique and individualized attention, as I recognize that each person has their own way of striving for success in meeting their needs and goals.
I invite you to learn more about how Neurofeedback / EEG Biofeedback and coaching may help you in your own journey!
